Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Eras Partners Inc. (“Eras Partners,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), the operator of the TunedAI mobile app and related services (the “Service”), collects, uses, and protects your data — and the choices you have.

We designed TunedAI to require as little personal information as possible. You can use the Service without creating an account or providing your name, email address, or phone number.

1. Data we collect

Anonymous device identifier

When you first open the app, TunedAI generates a random identifier and stores it on your device’s secure Keychain. This identifier is sent with API requests to associate your library and subscription with your installation. It is not linked to your real identity and does not persist across reinstalls unless you restore from an Apple backup.

Subscription receipts

If you subscribe to TunedAI Premium, Apple provides us with a signed receipt confirming your subscription status, plan, and renewal dates. We do not receive your payment method, billing address, or any other purchase details. All payments are handled by Apple under the App Store’s terms.

Push notification token

If you allow notifications, Apple Push Notification service (APNs) gives us an opaque token we use to deliver podcast-ready alerts and reminders. You can revoke this at any time in iOS Settings.

Content you submit

When you generate an episode, the topic, format, length, and language you choose are sent to our servers and to our AI providers (see Section 3) to produce the script, voice, and cover art. Generated episodes are stored on our servers so you can replay and download them.

Operational data

Our servers log routine technical information about API requests (IP address, request timestamp, response code, error details) for security, debugging, and abuse prevention. These logs are kept for a limited time and are not used to build a profile about you.

2. What we do not collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or postal address.
• We do not access your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, calendar, or precise location.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites for advertising.
• We do not sell your data.

3. Service providers

To produce and deliver episodes, TunedAI relies on a small number of trusted service providers, including:

• AI providers that generate scripts, synthesize speech, and create cover art on our behalf;
• Cloud infrastructure providers that host the Service and store your generated audio and cover art;
• Apple, which handles StoreKit subscriptions and Push Notifications.

We share only the minimum information each provider needs to perform its function. Our AI providers do not receive your device identifier, and we work with them under agreements that limit their use of your inputs to delivering the Service. Each provider is bound by its own terms and privacy policy.

4. How long we keep your data

• Generated episodes: stored until you delete them or your installation is terminated.
• Device record and subscription state: retained while your installation is active.
• Server logs: retained for a short operational period (typically 30 days) and then deleted.

5. Your choices

• Delete an episode: tap the episode in your library and choose Delete. The audio and cover art are removed from our storage.
• Delete your account and data: open Settings inside the app and choose “Delete account.” This removes your device record, subscription association, library, and all generated content from our servers.
• Turn off notifications: iOS Settings > Notifications > TunedAI.
• Cancel subscription: iOS Settings > your name > Subscriptions > TunedAI.

6. Minors

TunedAI is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has used the Service, contact us at support@tunedai.app so we can delete the related data.

7. International transfers

Our servers and our processors operate in the United States and the European Union. By using TunedAI, you understand that your data may be processed in these regions.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. If we make a material change, we will notify you in the app before the change takes effect.
